Brassia Verrucosa

This flower is commonly called a spider orchid. The five flowers of this piece are light green and white. Each are speckled with reddish brown and yellow, highlighting the dark green stigma at the center of each flower. The flowers measure 6 inches across from petal point to petal point. The leaves and pseudo-bulbs are a rich Kelly green color. The piece measures 15 inches high and 12 inches across and is set in a buffed Japanese style teapot.
